Behind every coffee bean and every macadamia nut there are skilled hands. At Culpan we care for our workers and their families, aware that their wellbeing is the foundation of everything we do.

We share the knowledge of five generations with them through workshops and ongoing training, strengthening a bond of respect that passes from parents to children, just like our coffee tradition.

Environmental commitment

Protecting the forest that gives us life

27% of the farm is protected forest. That choice is no accident: the native forest shades the coffee field, protects the rivers and shelters the wildlife of the Santiaguito foothills.

We care for every resource responsibly. We separate waste and turn organic matter into compost that goes back to nourish the land, and we run a mill modernised to be eco-friendly.
